Good to know

Drop-off and pick-up windows

6:30 to 8:00 AM, 12:00 to 1:30 PM and 4:30 to 6:00 PM, every day.

Vaccinations

Rabies, bordetella and DHLPP need to be current. Upload records to your Gingr profile or have your vet send them over.

Add-ons

Photo updates, nature walks, play sessions, brushing, medication and more can be added to any package. See the full add‑on list.

Drop-off and pick-up timing

Overnight packages follow our normal timing rule: a drop-off between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM with pick-up after 12:01 PM on your departure day adds a day stay fee to your overnights.
