As early as possible for holidays, spring break and summer. The facility is small, so space is genuinely limited during busy periods.

Their food and food dishes, bed, blankets, toys and treats. Anything that helps your dog feel at home is welcome, within reason. If their routine is very specific or out of the ordinary, contact us ahead of time and we will work it out together.
Rabies, bordetella and DHLPP need to be current. Have records ready when you book, or ask your vet to send them over.
Often, yes. A day stay lets your dog explore and meet us without an overnight, which usually makes the first boarding stay much easier.
Send your dog's own food and we feed on their normal schedule. Keeping their diet unchanged avoids the stomach upset that often comes with switching food during a stay.
Usually, yes. Tell us the details at booking, and contact us ahead of time if the routine is unusual so we can plan for it properly.
Yes. There is a $2 administration fee. Please send medication with clear dosing instructions.
Three windows every day: 6:30 to 8:00 AM, 12:00 to 1:30 PM, and 4:30 to 6:00 PM.
A caretaker is always on site, including overnight. The facility also has motion-activated cameras throughout, so we can check in on the dogs at any time and respond right away if anything needs attention.
Add a daily photo update for $5 per day to receive photos by text or email. The Gingr Pet Parent app (facility code 582844) also keeps your bookings and records handy.
This is a one-on-one, structured facility. Dogs are only ever grouped with their own family, and dogs from different families are never mixed together.
Your dog is taken immediately to Robinson's Animal Hospital in Yulee, and we contact you as soon as possible.
Yes, dogs from the same family can share a suite. Each additional dog is $20 per night for boarding or $10 per day for day stays. See the rates page.
Yes. For extended trips the packages bring the nightly cost down, and add-ons like walks and play sessions help keep longer stays interesting. Compare packages.
Daytime care with no overnight, at $25 per day. Your dog gets a comfortable bed, outdoor breaks and individual attention, then goes home the same day. More about day stays.
Basic suites are $45 per night and deluxe suites are $65 per night. Day stays are $25 per day. The rates page has add-ons and packages.
Grooming is handled by our sister company Chien d'amour, and a departure bath or groom can be coordinated with a boarding stay when scheduling allows.
Suites fill up around holidays and school breaks. Reserve your dates early.
