Who Day Stays work well for

Work days and long appointments

When you will be out longer than your dog can comfortably be alone, but you will be home by evening.

Contractors and moving days

Doors propped open and strangers coming and going is stressful for most dogs, and risky for escape artists.

Dogs with energy to burn

Outdoor time and play in the fenced yard takes the edge off a young dog far better than a day alone at home.

A trial run before boarding

A Day Stay is a low‑pressure way for a nervous dog to get to know the place and the people before their first overnight.

Day Stay questions

Will my dog play with other dogs?

Only with dogs from your own household. Dogs from different families are never grouped together, so play and attention are one‑on‑one.

Do I need to send food for a Day Stay?

If your dog normally eats midday, send their food so their routine does not change. Otherwise it is not required.

Can I book Day Stays regularly?

Yes, and the bundles are designed for exactly that. See the day‑stay packs on the rates page.

Is a Day Stay a good first visit for a nervous dog?

It is one of the best ways to start. Your dog gets to explore and meet us without an overnight, which usually makes the first boarding stay much easier.

Ready to book their stay?

Suites fill up around holidays and school breaks. Reserve your dates early.
